Merchant Agreement

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By selecting the agreement checkbox, typing your legal name and submitting an application, you confirm that the information is accurate, that you are at least 18 years old, and that you have authority to act for the proposed store.

2. Verification and approval

You authorize CSHOPEE to verify your email, mobile number, legal name, identity document and requested store name. Submission does not guarantee approval. We may request additional information or reject an application where information cannot be verified or presents a security, legal or brand risk.

3. Store and catalogue

Approved sellers may select eligible products from the central catalogue and manage permitted store settings. Product availability, base cost, suggested price and status may change. Sellers must use accurate descriptions and may not make misleading claims.

4. Orders, pricing and fees

Production order handling, fulfilment responsibilities, returns, commissions, fees and settlement timing will be displayed and accepted before those functions become active. Preview figures are examples and do not create a payment obligation.

5. USDT wallet functions

Wallet, deposit and withdrawal screens in the current early-access service are not live financial services. Separate wallet terms, supported-network rules, fees and approval procedures must be provided before real transfers are enabled. Never send funds based only on information shown in the interface.

6. Seller responsibilities

• Keep account and store information accurate and secure.
• Comply with applicable consumer, product, advertising, tax and intellectual-property laws.
• Do not list prohibited, counterfeit, unsafe or unlawful products.
• Do not manipulate orders, balances, reviews, referrals or verification systems.
• Respond promptly to customer and platform requests.

7. Platform controls

CSHOPEE may review, hide or remove products; pause or suspend a store; reject suspicious transactions; or preserve records when reasonably necessary for safety, investigation, disputes or legal compliance.

8. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of material you lawfully provide and grant CSHOPEE permission to display it for operating and promoting your store. You must have the rights needed for every name, logo, image and description you submit.

9. Privacy

Seller information is handled under the CSHOPEE Privacy Notice. Identity images are restricted to authorized review and scheduled for deletion under the retention policy stated there.

10. Suspension and termination

You may request closure of your store. CSHOPEE may suspend or terminate access for breach, fraud risk, legal requirements, prolonged inactivity or conduct that threatens users or the marketplace.

11. Early-access status and changes

The current public service is in early access. Features, fees and operational terms may change before live commerce is enabled. Material production terms will be presented for acceptance before live selling or wallet activity is enabled.

12. Governing terms

The final production agreement is intended to use the laws applicable at the operator address in Georgia, United States, subject to mandatory consumer and other applicable laws. This clause and the complete agreement must be reviewed by qualified counsel before public launch.
